Can I use a coupon during the Holiday Sale?

During our Holiday Sale period, coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to purchases. This includes promo codes, welcome codes, loyalty discounts, or any other promotional offers.

Why can’t I use a coupon?

Our Holiday Sale already includes special pricing and promotions. Because of this, additional coupons or discounts cannot be combined with the sale. This ensures all customers receive consistent pricing during the event.

Can I use a coupon after the sale ends?

Yes. Once the Holiday Sale period ends, you may use eligible coupons or promo codes on future qualifying purchases.

What is the return policy during the Holidays?

Thinking about buying Blundstones for the family or friends but worried about our 30-day free return period cuts it a little close for returns. You’ll be glad to hear we have extended our return period for the Holidays.

During the Holiday season, our standard return policy still applies. Items can be returned within 30 days of your order/purchase for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

For purchases made between November 26, 2025, and December 5, 2025, we’re offering extended holiday returns. These orders can be returned through January 5, 2026 to give you (and your gift recipients) extra time.

Please note:

• Items purchased during the Holiday Sale are eligible for return, but exchanges are not available.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

As we do not offer exchanges on our site, for a purchase of boots during the sale period that is returned, a coupon will be automatically sent to the email associated with the order. This will ensure the sale discount is honored on a future purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We understand that mistakes happen! You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it by clicking the link in your email confirmation,

After 60 minutes, orders begin processing and can no longer be canceled or modified (including changes to size, style, or shipping address).

If your order has already been processed, we recommend:

• Allowing it to ship as placed.
• Once it arrives, you can start a return through our Returns Portal for a full refund.

Shipping & handling do not qualify for a discount. This offer is not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases. Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions.

We’re working hard to get your Blundstones out the door quickly. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with UPS tracking information from Narvar so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note: order processing times may be slightly longer during our Holiday Sale due to high order volumes.

Shipping Options:

• Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
• Hawaii & Alaska: UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available for a flat rate of $40 USD. (Actual delivery times may vary depending on ZIP code.)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Click the link in that email to view the delivery status of your order.

You can also add a mobile number at checkout to receive text updates on your shipment.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Something not quite right? Returns are free for purchases over $75.

For all boots purchased between November 27, 2025, and December 5, 2025, you’ll have until January 5, 2026 to send your return back to us.

All purchases made after December 5, 2025 follow our standard 30-day return window from the order/purchase date.

Please return boots in original unworn condition (try them on carpet if you’re testing fit), with tags attached and in the original box and shipping carton. We’ll refund the purchase price once your return is processed.

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns typically take 8 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse to process.
During the busy holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once completed, your bank may take an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your original payment method.
